Has this ever happened to you?

    I had a pretty intense day of plyometrics yesterday...lots of leg work (one legged squats, one legged leg press, jumping lunges, side jumps) and some core work...I went to bed at 1:30am planning on sleeping until at least 9:30am.

    I just woke up 30 minutes ago because of muscle soreness and now I can't go back to bed because I'm feeling really restless as well as being really sore.

    I used to be sore for 4-5 days after leg day for the last couple of months. . I tried some stuff and it turns out that doing HIIT on the stairmaster solved this. That's too bad, I bought some BCAA just for this and I don't even have it yet. It was really annoying to not be able to walk normally for a couple of days.
