I hear good things. Its basically creatine with additives. Should I stick with regular creatine or go with mhp dark matter. Any suggestions? I'm 6 foot 165 pounds I just want to beef up my arms.

    Thanks for any help.

Patrick Bateman tried it I think and there was a thread about it, I think he liked it. It's more of a complete PWO drink I think that spikes the insulin and gets protein and creatine to the muscles faster. I've tried it and it was all right, if you've got the money give it a cycle and see what happens.

i like it :dunno: i dont really notice any supplements "DOING" anything for me after all this time, but it has a good PWO formula and it tastes decent. Go for it. :dunno:

He's thinking of anti-matter. Dilithium crystals > Dark Matter.
