I have gyno (huge nipples, breast tissue, hard lumps and all) and it's really bothersome. For a long time I was really ashamed of it so I would avoid wearing tight t-shirts and what not. Now a days, I don't really care much anymore, but I'd still like to get rid of them.

The thing is, I don't want to have to resort to surgery to have them removed. I'd rather do it through lifting weights, cardio and diet. However, I need to know if anyone else had gyno and successfully got rid of it completely (or close to completely) through exercise.

When I was at low BF% last summer, the problem was insignificant, it would almost be impossible to tell, but now that I've bulked they're back in full force. Basically what ketchupking said, but you'll never fully get rid of it without surgery.

If you have the glands, surgery is the only way to completely remove them. Nolva has been known to help sometimes, but it'll never completely wipe them away.

I don't want to have to resort to surgery OR medications to be honest with you guys. Has anyone done it with strictly exercise?

give the guy some hope. he does not want surgery. at least he should try to lower his body fat and find out by himself.

couple friends of mine thought they had gyno but after exercising and lowering their body fat they got rid of them

Then your friends did not have the glands, which this guy does. It's not rocket science, it's reality.

Ive always been skinny but since puberty ive had like puffy nipples. When they are hard you cant tell but they kind of puff out when they arent. Is that gyno? :noes:

I just want to reduce the size. I'll worry about getting rid of the glands later.

Apparently it's quite common in men. Too bad none of the guys I know have it .

It's probably from all the damn growth hormones they stick in food.
