10/22 pistol.... looks cool but not my cup-o-tea
370 bucks for a .22 pistol that looks ugly as sin and that probably I can't even get in CA? no thanks.
10/22 pistols are nothing new. Olympic Arms made a run of stripped receivers last year, and I know of several that were made into pistols. Impractical as hell, but fun.
A guy on rimfirecentral.com got one.
What is that abortion?
Shit like that should be used to fuel fires to build guns worth a fuck.
Fish on crutches
y not get a 22lr pistol
damn didn't know that... fuck em!!
what the fuck is the point of that monstrosity?
It lets fags at the range know you are a poz top.
brb calling panzerace to tell him to get one
So does S&W, yet people seem to like them around here.
Likewise though, they wont get another cent from me and neither will S&W. They can both rot in Liberal hell.
S&W has changed ownership at least once since then. New owners haven't said/done anything supportive of anti-freedom laws and such. I think they've been rather the opposite.
Ruger....well, Bill Ruger is dead and rotting (may animals piss on his grave) but the company still won't ship decent mags with their guns.
Actually, its still Safe T Hammer that still owns them right? They bought S&W in 2001 and have been all for the pushing of internal gun locks, which conform to the original 2000 Clinton agreement. I havent followed whether they still believe in the AWB, but the fact they are pushing the internal lock stuff doesnt make me happy either.
The new M&P model from S&W is offered with or without an internal lock. The magazine safety is optional as well, at least according to their catalog. I'm not sure on the current ownership but I do know the ones who signed the Clinton deal are gone.
I agree that all of this stuff is unnecessary, but the manufacturers in this country are currently surrounded by lawyers with blank checks, insurance companies without souls and politicians who would shred the constitution on national tv to appear tough on crime/terror. If you look on the shelves these days, most of the smaller manufacturers are gone, likely because they lacked the funds to defend themselves.
