You're obviously brand new to the game otherwise you wouldn't be looking for a 'total body transformation kit.'

Here's all the advice you need: EAT, LIFT, SLEEP.

Not that new Mike. I'm no expert, but I've been lifting on and off for years. My exercise routine is pretty good, and I vary it a lot, but I never took the time to develop a proper diet and stick to it. While I stick to lifting more or less regularly ( 4-5 days/week) the dieting part I've been sorely neglecting. So over the summer, I really want to change my body around completely. In other words, strict dieting/workout routine, supplements like protein, vitamins, and something a little extra. That's why I was wondering about Biogenetix or a similar replacement that I can buy rather then shelling out 150 for the kit.

    makes sense?

Well, nothing you don't already know -- diet is the key to this whole thing. Get those calories in, get the protein in.. get rest and recovery.

b/c if you have to spend 20 million on advertising, there's a good chance the product isnt good enough to sell itself.

Since you say you already know about diet and training for your goals (not sure what they really are you didn't say specifically):

ON whey protein for your protein.

NO Xplode for a pre-workout supp.

Creatine Monohydrate for cell volumization, more anaerobic power, ect.

Omega 3 fish oil for a host of benefits (plus it's a bandwagon here so I'm on it!)

You're kind of vague on what you're after IMO.

I want to loose fat (duh) because i'm at 17/18% right now. But i also want to gain a bit more muscle and tone up as well. I'm at 187 right now. IDeally, i'd like to go to 170 and gain another 5-8 in muscle.

You don't need anything aside from the most basic suppliments. What you need is to lift, and fucking eat right. You're goals are easily attainable. You just have to put in the work.

    Protein, multivitamin

Thats all you really need. Fish oil won't hurt. Aside from that, don't waste your money IMO.
