Has anyone here actually finished the cut diet?

    I'm 8 weeks in, and results thus far are discouraging. I notice that I have slightly more muscle, but upon looking at my before pics, realize I haven't really seem to have lost any fat. That said, my scale weight has maintained the entire time, so if I've gained muscle at all (which I deffinitely have) then I must be losing fat from somewhere. I just can't see it at all :wtc:

    I want to finish out the last eight weeks, but this just kind of blows.

    I have a good feeling it's a bit overrated though.

    It's nothing groundbreaking, it's just a good diet with an integrated workout if you're the kind of person that needs something you can follow to the letter to get your results, which I am. Just throwing together my own thing from shit I found around the internet wouldn't have done it for me.
