I have a nikon 70-200VR from them sitting right next to me. It's the first time I've used them, but no complaints here. They shipped it the next day (I ordered after they had already closed for the day), everything arrived in good condition and nothing wrong with the lens itself.

I had it sent next day so I had to pay out the ass for shipping, total came to $99 for one week ($52 was the base price). Shipping is much more reasonable if you go with standard priority mail. Still much cheaper than paying $30/day to rent it locally.

I tried to once but they wouldn't deliver it to my UPS store box where someone would be around to sign for it. They wanted to just send it USPS and leave it on my doorstep unsecured. :mamoru:

    I told them no thanks.

Go for it. Just make sure you get it a little in advance since you can't reserve a lens. If it's out of stock, you're out of luck. I was lucky to find the 70-200 in stock.

I rented the canon 70-200 L f/4 IS from them, no problems. They usually are out of stock, just sign up for the email notification... they notify you when the lens you want is back in stock (saves time from checking their site everyday).

exactly...i've rented 3 lenses from them and they've all been great quality plus their business is very handy compared to local stores who charge the same price per day

I'm honestly really surprised at how inexpensive these rentals are...might have to start playing around with some of these fun lenses.
