stupid ass military and their weight requirements. They have to do a bodyfat test on me and it has to be under 16%. It's going to be a pinch test, so really I just need to harden up a little bit. Anyone know of some cheap shit to make me go in there feeling full/hard so he can't get a good pinch? I'm carbing up like hell right now and easing back on the water

eat loads of flour (5-600g), it will soak up the water and maintain an image of lower bf%

    go in completely dehydrated.
when they pinch the skin will stay "pinched" which is an added bonus

I think running a bit and doing some situps beforehand will help.

caffeine always works well as a diuretic. I think its 60 minutes until you get the effects. Might be a good way to lose some water and not lose performance on your other tests. Or do what the wrestlers do, wrap your body in saran wrap except for your face, then put on a sweat suit over that. Its extraordinarily dangerous but youll lose water weight.

they wont. at MEPs they'll just weigh him, check his height, and if needed they'll check his bf%. they don't do an actual PFT until you get to boot. closest thing to any physical activity he'll be getting is a duck walk.

going in a few hours. I'm feeling a little soft, but I think that I should be safe... I found on the air force website that it's under 20%, if that's the case I'm safe.

The leanest I ever became in my 20's was when I had 20 beers per day and only a can of tuna (I ran out of money) while in Cancun.

How about you should have been on top of your weight this whole time? You are in the military! I work on a military Base, and it disgusts me to see all these overweight servicemen. It's pathetic when you can't maintain weight, and part of your job is to be in shape. And I see quite a lot of overweight people in the military! Have some self respect. How can you be in the military and be a fat piece of shit?!?!
