Yay for getting fat while building minimal muscle and using the term "bulking" as an excuse for this lack of discipline.

to the OP...bulking doesn't mean it's time to get fat...
i fail to understand why people think eating total shit like that is conducive to gaining muscle. that whole "dirty bulking" fad isn't going to get you very far in terms of quality gains.
Everyones diet will be different. Diets of bodybuilders, strongmen, and powerlifters vary greatly.
Fast food here and there wont hurt anything, it actually may be benefical, but I wouldnt allow it to become a daily ritual.
