    You would have better performance with 2 drives in a RAID 0 config.

    Either way, the cost of the 10K drives isn't worth it IMO.

    I have a 36GB raptor and I can't find a noticable difference between it and my new Seagate 7900.10 drive (was $110 for 320GB, it's now ~$90).
