Hard boiled eggs cooking

    There's gotta be some tricks out there to make the shell slide off instead of taking 50 percent of my whites

    rinse them in cold water for about a minute after.

    As soon as you take them out of the boiling water, hold them under cold water for a while. Even better yet, have a bowl with ice water ready and just toss them in there.

    Also use only old eggs.

    i drop the eggs in the pot full of water so the shells cracks a bit.

    crack egg in the center, roll your palm over it causing it to crack all along the center of the egg. dig finger inside, peel off each half.. it takes me like 2 secs.

    I find if my eggs aren't cooked all the way they'l do that ... wether I have given them the cool water bath or not.

    I always run them under cool water, never seems to help

    how bad is it to fry a couple eggs (with olive oil) and having it over brown rice?

    if you're 500lbs trying to get down to 180, i don't suggest it though

    :werd: Older eggs (still okay to eat) are so much easier to peel. Peeling hard boiled eggs SUCKS

    yes, fresh eggs ftl when it comes to taking off shell after boiling

    put salt in the water when cooking them. makes a huge difference.
