what's cookin' today?
gonna get an early chest day in, and then it's chicken and tuna all day
I usually cook up chicken/brown rice/veggies for lunches on sunday.
I forgot to this week. I"ll have to cook em up tonight
3 egg whites and a bowl of yogurt and grapes.
Chicken. Lots of chicken.
i just made one of those jimmy dean breakfast skillets, not too bad, pretty salty though. you're supposed to add 10 eggs to the thing and it's for 4 people
made about a 1/3 of it with a couple whole eggs and some whites, makes a good meal
