Firstly do any of you do them? Secondly do you find them easier, or more comfortable? I tend to do them up to around 180kg, but last night tried them on my 220's and found it a lot easier. Not sure if it's in my mind, walking out with the weight already up. So I know I can hold it up there, etc. So putting it down and then up again is just a formality. Opinions thoughts on that type of dead?
