I want to start incorporating thses into my routine, but i'm a little worried injuring myself not using proper form. If someone could give me a little input on the correct form for these, it would be greatly appreciated.

What do you want to know?
Push jerk: is just like a push press except your feet leave the platform. Main point, do not lean back while landing when the weight is overhead, landing this way is bad on the spine.

Hang cleans: Keep your shoulders over the bar, keep your arms long, keep you back flat, and let the bar drag down your thighs (keep it close at ALL times, like you would when doing any clean). If you are going to hang the bar either go down past your knees or to right above the knee. Also, it is good to pause when you reach the intended hanging point and then re initiate the pull.
