a few weeks ago I was doing some hammer curls and my left arm started to tingle and felt like it was going to fall asleep. Im not sure what caused it but it freaked me out a bit...since then it hasn't really done that, so it was probably just a pinched vein causing the circulation to be temporarily cut off.

is there an explanation to the numbness of your hands?
I've experienced it myself during workouts, it ususally goes away after 15 min or so.
my brother's hands also get numb, he lifts heavier than I do, and the numbness usually stays w/him longer, sometimes sporadically through out hte day. he is starting to get concernes and so am I.

    anyone else experiences this?

by the way we have no history of heart problems in our family, he is 23 yrs old and i'm 27 we eat really healthy our bf is somewhere between 14-16%, no blood pressure problems. we try to keep out workouts as safe as possible and concentrate in form over weight so we havent experienced any injuries (knock on wood). we are starting to get concerned specially in his case since it sometimes happens during the day :(

I've searched but havent found an explanation. help?
