handheld/axim pcs running non windows ce/mobile os software?

    is it possible? i was thinking of getting a dell axim or similiar to run some audio software like fruity loops or cakewalk and wanted to see if it was possible.

    ...as in running win XP apps on it?

    have any links? anything similiar to fruity loops where i can sequence using samples i'd load off a memory card?

    I have ran many decent Music Editing Apps on Pocket PC Devices (I use various iPaqs). Just search the usual sites. www.handango.com for software. Brighthand or PocketPCPassion for questions...

    When I first saw the thread title, I thought it was going to be about running different OS's on the handheld. I haven't heard of any for Axim's. There are many different Linux/Unix shells that I have worked with for iPaqs however...
