hamstring pain from squatting

    Started back at the gym 2 months ago and after a third attempt at getting back to squatting after one set I have a tight pain in my left hamstring which ends my squatting any ideas on how to get past this?

    hamstring work first?
    better stretches?

    You probably pulled it. Take time off from it, stretch, take the weight down, work on form, fuck bitches, get money, do some glute work, etc.

    I have good form, but exactly how many bitches do I fuck would 1 per day ease my pain?

    My cardio is 30 minutes on a step mill

    maybe try foam roll, more warmup
