    Have had to cut back at the gym past couple months with other shit coming into play. I have a month and a half to train for the CrossFit Sectionals in my region.

    Tuesday: 3 rounds of AMRAP 3 Min Barbell Complex + 1 minute rest

    Dropping the bar at any time during the 3 minutes of work constitutes a 10 burpee penalty to be completed during the rest period.

    BB Complex - 95lbs
