What are all of you doing presently for hamstring work?

I need some new things to do on leg day. Keep in mind I workout at home, so don't have some things that are at a normal gym..

sl deadlifts or romanian deadlifts are good. do i have this correct in that the only difference between them is that romanian deadlifts are with knees slightly bent?

And I believe RDL's are done from pins at knee height. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Wrong. You go down until you feel a stretch in your hams, and then reverse directions. For me that point of reversal is basically mid-shin... only a few inches above the regular deadlift actually.... but because of the difference in form, it hits hamstrings a lot better.

I do RDL's and weighted Hyperextensions, I think they both hit my hamstrings pretty well.

:werd: i only know what RDL's are thanks to Ceaze :o i love doing them though as a "medium" deadlift exercise... for whatever reason I'm able to go pretty high on them in relation to my conventional DL max (conventional DL 305 x 5, RDL 225 x 8... could go for way more but I'm grip-limited).
