    Here's our current site: www.fragfestservers.com

Personally, I like it mainly because it's simple and not cluttered unlike the sites of many companies which sell game servers.

I'm not very experienced with web design and I didn't even make this one, someone else made it and I just took over and made it a bit more functional. I'd appreciate any criticisms/suggestions.

I'm thinking of going more in this direction: www.aigaming.com

Your website has a ton of usability issues. I do not think the design of your website is targeting your market as well as it should be. What could this result in? Users spending less time on the site, users not contributing to the site and/or community, lower conversion, etc.

However, aigaming.com does actually employ some good usability, but could use a bit of work. I think going into the direction of aigaming.com would be beneficial to the site you're running.

Speaking on just the designs of the sites and not the actual usability, the aigaming site is a lot more concrete just because they have a set color palette that works, along with a defined logo and good looking picture/header at the top to bring everything together.

What are some of the major issues in your opinion?

Also, in terms of usability, what do you think could be improved upon from aigaming?

I really like the way they have it organized more than other sites in the business like some of these:
    http://artofwarcentral.com/
    http://www.leetservers.com/
    http://www.lowpings.net/

I just feel like those sites are cluttered with way too much info and that it takes a bit to get your bearing around the site whereas with AI I immediately when where I wanted to the first time I saw the site.

Unfortunately I'm not very creative so it's tough to imagine getting everything I like about the AI site and laying it out in a different form.

I appreciate the help guys.

Alright so here's where I am currently:

    http://startwithabreak.com/ffs

Still just started, but am I heading in the right direction? Also, about that stuff at the top - I'm going to wrap it up nicely in an expandable div kind of like here: http://arvixe.com.

    Thanks again.
