So I did legs on Wednesday, and yesterday they felt fine until later in the day, they started to feel a little sore, but today when I woke up, my calves are tight as a drum. I literally can not walk flat footed the only way I can tolerably hobble around right now is on my tiptoes. the tightness/pain is specifically at the top of my calves, right below my knee. How should I proceed? try to stretch it out? Someone mentioned I might need to be taking multivitamins with potassium, but I have no idea. Please HALP!
