So I've been using American Crew Pomade to hold the front of my hair up for awhile.

    I've been using [IMG]

But, if I sweat or I'm someplace where it's hot it kind of melts and completely fails. What should I use instead? Suggestions? :o

I'm gonna assume you meant Murray's... and they have a bunch of different kinds. Any particular one you were referring to?

I have fiber as well. As far as I'm concerned I will never go back to pomade :o

I may try fiber. I'll grab some tomorrow and report back the results. Gonna have to go for a run or something to get it sweaty and see what happens. :o

Oh, and I've also heard some good things about the Tigi - Bed Head Stick. Anyone used it? Thoughts?

I've gone to the gym with it on, it always stays when i sweat. When I wipe my head though it messes up, but it stays in your hair so you can fix it a little.

So I picked up the American Crew Fiber after work today.

First of all, damn! 17 bucks at rite-aid vs 10 on Amazon. Really paying for convenience on that one.

It's a LOT dryer than the pomade and what I expected. Had to really work it between my fingers to get it soft. I'm not sure how much to use of it, so I started sparingly and I'll experiment. If anyone knows, does it take quite a bit?

It's in now and I'll see how it holds up through the evening. Hopefully it works out.

I wet/towel dry my hair first, and you gotta work it in at the roots and go to the tips, it holds better. it usually takes about 3 scoops with my fingertips for all of my hair. Rub it in your palms first.

If you want a wetter/stiffer look just use more water.

I've experimented quite a bit with it and thats just what works for me.
