Alright, I'm going to get my hair done at a men's salon and I'm going to possibly be doing some coloring. I need some ideas.

Here is a picture of me. Post pictures of styles you think would look good, or give me various ideas for accessories for my ears, face or hair color

Some basic ideas I've come up with:

1: Medium length would look optimal
2: Considering changing color to platinum blonde, lighten the brown or add highlights or keeping it dark with a bright streak of color chunk, perhaps Dark Blue, Blonde, or Red
    3: Earing?

Any other ideas? I'm actually changing my entire style basically, from the ground up. Anything else you need to know to help me? I'm not looking for "cute" I'm not even looking for hot. I'm looking for "SEXY, period." :bigthumb:

i agree with the others. no earing, no colouring. i wouldnt take much length off but get a stylist to add some texture to your hair and switch to a gel that doesnt look as wet

My hair is much longer than in those pictures. Add 2 inches to the length.

I would recommend lightening your hair a little bit. Its too dark. I think.

Since I've lost weight, I could probably pull of any of these too:

My hair is actually a medium to dark brown, not black, such as when it's wet or gelled.

As you can see, a make over is necessary.

i dont think your hair/accessories need as much help as your wardrobe

the fit is very unflattering for your frame...and a denim shirt??
    where do you usually shop?

Clothing from the 90's, require total wardrobe basically, but something that won't rape my bank account.

I wouldn't know where to stop, I've been sick for most of my life, this the first time in about 10 years I'm getting the opportunity to change things.

I'm muscular looking, athletic, , but only 5'9 in height.

Very top. I've lost about 5-10lbs since, it's only been a few weeks. I've grown my facial hair out.

I think The Gap would be a decent starting point for you if you're not looking to spend a ton of cash. Their clothes generally fit your type of build and would be a modern version of your previous style

I agree, I'm thinking sports jackets, button down shirts, nice pants, but casual appearing, with one of the above hairstyles.

It must convey sex appeal, style, and so forth. Should I lighten my hair at all in any respect?

I would leave the hair the same way, just dont gel it or anything that makes it look shiny. pomade would work well

it's a medium weight cream with matte finish..not as greasy as a pomade, per se

Sweet, how expensive is it? How much do you use too? I'm kind of unsure how you get the style right?
