hahah saw the weirdest thing in the gym last night

    Strangest thing, i saw this guy using the military/shoulder press machine to do shrugs with. He was standing on the seat on his tippy toes doing shrugs. :mamoru:
    Just thought this was kinda of weird. I'm not the type to judge ppl in the gym but this person made me go :ugh:.
    Keep in mind I work out at the Dell corp. gym so these people would seem strange to anyone.

    meh...I've seen that before, except the guy stood on his seat.

    Frankly I give him credit for being creative, weird cause he didn't use any of teh other shrug equipment, but still creative.

    yeah there is a free weight section. It's not like a Curves

    Most of my jobs have been in places where you can't really be anything but strange (takes a different type of person to be able to do QA and stick with it I guess). Although none of them have had a company gym :(
