    This happen to anyone else?

I usually work out tues, thurs, friday just because thats what works with my school schedule but I'd been really busy and haven't gone since last thursday.

The last few days I've been really irritable, and easily pissed. People noticed too, it was pretty bad... Today I went back in and hit my legs hard. I have been in such an amazing mood ever since... Weighed in at 230 too! :big grin:

You obviously failed physics if you can't grasp the concept that someone with longer legs/arms needs more leverage to move weight when benching or squatting.

Ever used a teeter-totter? I could give a fuck less how tall YOU are, it does take more strength to move the same weight. I could also give a fuck less if you use it as an excuse or not. I see plenty of people saying "gorilla arms ftl" or "i'm too tall :wtc:" when referring to weight lifting and I'm taller than every one of them.

I might have taken it that way if he didn't refer to it in almost any thread I post in.
