Had to share

    Hey,

    Somone of you might remember me from the pics I posted a while back. Today the scale finally read under 200lbs. I stepped on the scale and the needle was pointing at 199lbs. Its taken abnormally long to lose these last few pounds since I recently went on vacation and turned 21 along with hitting a platau which led to me changing my lifting routine and modifying my diet a little bit. Well I can happily say that I am back on track for my goal weight of 180lbs and I just wanted to share and thank all of you brolys on F&N for your great advice and motivation.

    Excellent, good work! I expect to be at or below 200 when I step on the scale after cardio today. My goal is 185-190 also before I really start focusing on weight training again.

    Yeah once I get down to 180 I will have to re-evaluate my plan. I think these last 20lbs will do it for me but who knows. I doubt I'll go any lower than 170lbs though. Then come fall I guess I'll start my first bulk.
