Not a real tournament, but a 6 man practice tournament really.

Lost every match, gassed really quickly. The first match I was trying to work a guy into an armbar and I accidentally chipped one of his front teeth.

Later, a guy pulled guard on me while we were standing. I went to drop him and my foot got stuck on the wrestling mat. I began to lose my balance and fall the other way backward. It felt like my leg was about to break, I was able to fall the correct way but I was freaked out and I yelled "stop" half way through the fall. At the time I thought it was serious but in retrospect it was pretty embarrasing. It must have been funny to watch.

    Anyways, experience is experience. :hsugh:

I lost all my wrestling matches for like the 1st year, the best way to get better is to compete and when you lose, learn what mistakes you made and what you could do next time during training.
