some big muscle freak was my trainer and he decided he wanted to do the workout with me. he asks me what i want and i said a 40-50 minute circuit training type of workout...just change it up, keep the heart rate up. so we ended up somehow doing CHEST and ARMS, heavy. so he's doing 3-4 reps of 315. then i go on the bench, i say i think we should take some weight off...he says "naw dawg i got you man, dont worry" so i lift the weight up and hes doing most of the work, my arms are uneven, im tearing up my rotator cuffs. basically we did that for every exercise, it would be his weight, and then he was too fucking stubborn to take the weight off for me. BWHWHAHA i did preacher curls of 150 pounds....everyone in the gym was looking at me like im some dumbass who thinks can lift so much weight. and the best part is....we start doing skull crusher, he turns his head and asks me "hey am i doin this right"
