And Microsoft continues to neglect incorporating a "dumbass block" function

  5. HA HA I'm using OS X. It's way better than Win7 (aka Vista 2.0) is going to be.

I have both. It's really hard to say that.

    They both run very solid.

  9. I've never used Win7 before actually. I was using Vista at work when it was still a beta. I was really excited to get it, but it's nothing but a fucking nightmare for lots of things I do. My new work computer came with Vista, and I "upgraded" back to XP so that my admin tools all work. Win7 might be a decent OS, but I never forget that nobody's better at royally fucking something up than Microsoft.

    Well, that's unfair.

I dunno how long you've been running Macs for, but, OS9 was terrible and OSX was not much better until like 10.2 or so.

Windows 7 would only be a fucking nightmare if you had a shitty computer.

It is a marked improvement in every regard.

  15. I grew up with Macs until about System 8. I started using Macs again right when 10.5 came out.
This is exactly what was said about Vista. I'm not holding my breath. Anyways, the problems I had with Vista at work definitely weren't related to crappy hardware.

More like you need to reformat it and install WinXP because both Dell distros on the Mini suck a dick.

If you have a 16GB+ SSD, you need to put Win7 on it. Runs so fucking smooth.
