I know that guy. Really great guy.
He did gymnatics though since he was a kid.

dragondoor.com would be your best bet.

I went a few times to like adult gymnastics classes because I thought it would be fun to learn to tumble. Well, I couldn't do a backflip the first day and I get super pissed at myself when I'm not good so I haven't been there since.

If you aren't a natrual you'll have to have a lot of patience!

I'm doing planche, L seat to handstand etc. at home and for a year at a gym.

basics are L seat and tucked planche.

That's a move in yoga as well. I can hold in the L shape and then pull my legs through, but I'm not strong enough to into a handstand from that....YET.

I did it competetively when I was a kid. :hs: It just takes a lot of practice and having an environment which you can get comfortable doing those kinds of things in.

We had a big pit of foam blocks that we started doing backflips and shit into to practice.

i used to be a competitive gymnast.

    those workouts are insane

300 calf raises on a balance beam
run up 3 flights of stairs for 15 mins at full speed
    pushups
    pikes on ground
    medicine ball
    iron cross on the rings
    etc etc

i don't remember finishing a workout where i could walk the next morning

When i took an adult gymnastic course I remember someone using bands or medical rubber tubing to help support their weight.

first of all joe eigo is an ass. he takes credit for making up half the things he does. which is of course ridiculous since it all comes from wushu/gymnastics/capoeira anyway.

I don't know what he says online to promote himself but I've chilled with the guy. From what he told me he competed in gymnatics from age 9-12 but didn't really take any formal martial arts but did imitate what he saw from videos. And again, aside from the self promotion he's a good guy IMO.
    Don't hate.:p

We're not together anymore thank god.

If I could have the sex from that relationship with the non-bitchness in my current relationship I'd be married.
