    Saw this on another board and thought it was pretty funny, feel free to add your own:

    - Arms are the most important thing. Arms, arms and arms! Then do bicep curls!
    - If you need to answer your phone, stay on the machine so you don't lose your turn
    - You can bench press more weight if you don't take it all the way to your chest
    - Real men scream when they push
    - Never work your back, it's bad for you
    - You can curl more if you swing your back into it
    - Always walk with your arms flared out, like you're carrying basket balls
    - Give advice to everyone, even those big guys as they're obviously fat
    - A good spotter will lift half of the weight for you. If it's hard, it's wrong
    - Doing sit-ups will help you lose weight and give you a sixpack
    - Did I mention that you should curl?
    - Men's health magazines are a valuble source of information
    - Brad Pitt has an amazing body, and you can too if you curl more weight!
    - Squatting is bad for your knees and you should use the legpress machine instead
    - Remember, avoid shoulder work because you don't want to get 'too big'
    - Leave lots of weight on the machine to impress the next person

    If ever performing something remotely close to a deadlift, don't go over 45lbs.

    Conflicts with leg press rule. Leg press is great for an ego boost!

    I've been going to the gym for a week... I've seen 2 people use the squat rack for squats. :mamoru:

    Good point. Also, you should load up the legpress machine with 45lb weights then rep for a 1/10th ROM. That means youre as strong as humanity can measure. Any stronger and you'd be off the scale. :eek3:

    Curl and do shrugs with PLATES in the squat rack.
    Constantly try to get dates with every single female in the gym.
    Make sure you always have brand name energy drinks on hand and be obnoxious with how you drink them.

    God that shit bugs the fuck out of me. Dont know why. I see these fags with 14 plates on it....just use some hundreds and do more than 3 inches of fucking motion, fag.

    Use fucking dumbells ot the bar with playes not single PLATES....the fuck. Some fag uses 35 pounds plates....not with the bar, just plates.... in the squat racks to do ROLLING shrugs......4 times a week... :ugh2:

    You have to wear gloves for leg presses, leg curls, and leg extensions.

    its not as sad as me using a towel back then when doing heavy squats:o . im done with that shit.

    I wear gloves in the gym, period. not touching what some other herp infested douche in front of me touched with no gloves, and open wounds on his hands.
