what the fuck do i do here

bring 5 lbs worth of chain in?
    complain to the owner?
buy 2.5 lb plates (from where?) and bring them in with me?

10lb jumps every week for me are too much, I gradually increase via 5 lbs weekly on benching, everything else is fine at 10lbs per week

    ideas?

  2. Buy your own 2.5 plates like RG (jmezz's twink FWB)

but seriously where do I get em from?

direct from supplier (york, etc)? cause I don't mind ordering them but is there a quicker fix?

was seriously thinking about chain, but would that be too weird for a faggy commercial gym (not that i really care, but some retards just can't keep their eyes off my sweet seed)

    2.5lb?? That's like 1.1kg ... I don't think I've ever seen weights so small in a gym. A 10lb jump 2x5lb jump in benching shouldn't be that major.

What are you benching at the moment? How much you weight?

buy them and if anyone gives you trouble you have some plates with you and won't have to steal 1 for self defense.
