    how do you go through everyday being so tired? my carbs are being cut and I am so sluggish during the day it is terrible. I don't want to pound energy drinks either, but I might have to

    did you just start cutting carbs? first few weeks are tough. it gets easier afterwards...

    I feel great. I'm taking E/C stack and have carbs lower than usual but not retarded. Weight is coming off and I'm feeling good. No complaints from cutting here.

    If you drop your carbs too low, you need to substitute in more fats. Running on protein only sucks.

    That and a few hits of methamphetamine to keep me going.

    I'm about the same carb wise right now. Though I up them a little on the days a I train Jiu-Jitsu.

    Just do 40/40/20 PCF, as long as the carbs aren't all sugar it will be fine.

    Drink a little black coffee...with maybe a little Splenda in it. Gets me through the day....

    Yeah my carb intake is pretty low right now, im at the end of my 4th week and it didn't get low really until the past week and a half, and thats just about when i started geting sluggish... i started taking my lipodrene on an empty stomach after my meals though, the aphedrin and caffeine really kick in better then on a full stomach...so its helping a bit

    it takes awhile to get used to a very low amount of carbs. you could try upping your calories while you transition to low carb.

    Prior to starting EC I didn't have any issues with being tired and I only consume ~160g of carbs per day.

    The EC doesn't make me feel more energized in daily activities, but it seems to help in the gym a little bit. If you're tired in the gym have some whey in water during your workout. That was the #1 thing that helped me overall.

    How many g's of carbs are you taking in?

    On my cut I still take in 150g and that is fine. It is really more about calories being lower. People don't need as many carbs in their diet as they think. In fact, I get sluggish with too many carbs in my diet and when cutting I am pretty light on my feet and energized.

    If it's getting that bad consider upping the carbs and throwing in an EC stack. At the very least, I hope you're drinking caffeine.

    Yeah, and it being my first real cut I have a feeling it's just my body telling me it's not used to this...

    In the gym I'm usually fine, it's just the half day leading up to that where I'm tired...but now that I took my lipodrene on an empty stomach after my breakfast but before my second meal, it seems to have worked a lot better and I got a boost of energy.

    I do like 40g of carbs a day for 3-4 days then when I feel ultra run down I have a nice 300g day. This is while keeping my calories ~2200.

    After like 2 weeks you get used to it. I don't even notice it anymore. However I've started blowing up lately so my weight loss has stalled :hs:

    edit: Stims are seriously your friend. I never really used them in the gym but I've started lately and it's helped me a lot.

    I've been cutting for like 14 weeks now. The first few weeks were hell but after that it hasen't been too bad. Caffine helps a lot..

    that shit got old after week 11 though... started my cycle and i'm good again

    Yeah, I'm waiting for it to wear off so that I don't notice it anymore either. Caffeine is my friend indeed, works great for me on an empty stomach...
