Guys, rate my carb up day diet...

    11:00 am = 1 cup of oats in 1 %milk

    2:00 pm = slice of lasnaga

    5:00 pm= whole grain muffin with evopro shake

    7pm = 2 cans of tuna in water on a whole wheat pita

    9:00 = 7 egg whites with a cup of brown rice

    12:00= 2 scoops of optimum whey with a serving of natty pb

    Sound good?
    I'm estimating about 2500 cals, 250 ish grams of protein and about 300ish grams of carbs...

    is this a carb up or cheat day? I keep my diet @ 75g of carbs on workout days, 30 on nonworkout days and whatever the fuck on want on Saturdays. Im talking beerskis, couple corn dogs and some chicken tenders

    fuck yeah



    but uh, yeah. sounds pretty perfect for a healthy for a carb up

    yeah I keep my carbs around 50-60 grams a day, 6 days a week. I'm VERY sensitive to carbs so if have to limit what I eat. I'm shooting for 9%, hopefully I make before the end of the month :)

    If you're still doing UD2 then that is piss poor. Otherwise it looks pretty good.

    Well carb up day went extremly well. Added a small bag of whole grain oatmeal cookies cause I did'nt feel full enough. I feel nice and energized :big grin:
