    I have decided to try out Hypertrophy Specific Training (HST) in hopes to get swole. Today (Thursday, April 07, 2005), I found out my 15 rep max for 8 exercises. I can't wait to start. :) :eek3:

    ** ROUTINE ON HOLD DUE TO FEVER/SORE THROAT **

    F*UCK YOU WEAKSAUCE IMMUNE SYSTEM :( I can't believe this, I finally start the routine that i've been waiting for and I get sick after the first day. This is ridiculous. Should I continue to go?

    I started working out yesterday and I caught a bad cold. I'm not stoping now, fuck that -- i've waited too long now.
