    Anyone paint these? got any tips? paint colors? urls? :x:

    i primer them then i simply paint them with flat enamels (glossy tends to 'glob' and white -> yellow)
    the primer is also a flat, though gun metal rocks.
    also use tape (the regular yellow type, so it doesn't leave any glue residue) to outline or make clean edges.
    the paints are inexpensive as is the primer (small spray cans).
    i have pics... but no place to up load.

    i saw they're made of metal what exactly is involved in putting them together?

    use markers to do the black lines (i donno how to describe them, like the gap between parts and stuff)

    use a marker to draw on those lines, and quickly use ur fingers to rub off the excess (i used this method to "touch up" a die cast model car, looks much better)
