whats a good way to find out pricing for a used gun? and where can i look up the laws for selling it online to someone out of state? or is it not worth the hassle. the gun is mint condition sells new for like 500 so i was figuring 400 is fair but im not sure the legalities of selling it.

Has to be shipped to an FFL.

Check gunbroker.com, gunsamerica.com, ar15.com classifieds for a decent gauge of market price.

glock 23 40 cal. took it in on a trade towards my motorcycle and the guy said he only put 10 rounds through it and it looks it. dead clean inside and out. case, 2 mags, lock, cleaning rod and brush. and i also have an external carry kydex holster. ive carried it a couple times now and its nice, slightly smaller and lighter then my ruger but im just kinda paranoid about it not having a real safety

well i didnt really have a set price for the bike since it needed a lot of work. i took the gun and a older dirtbike that also needs work straight up for my bike thats torn into pieces and needs a motor.

ill also sell the holster and a box of hornaday custom 155gr xtp hollow points with it. since i dont have any use for them.

grips look the same on both but it looks like the first one since it has the accessory rail up front. i already have 2 local people considering it for 400 so im not going to take 350 and lose money on shipping.

You should be able to get a good price for glock locally. What state are you in?

    Personally I'd sell the ruger.

Do you think the gun is going to magically go off and kill everyone around you?

i might sell either one i do like the way the glock carries more. the ruger is a p95pr that i bought new and have put about 400 rounds through. never jammed except once for a friend of mine it fired but didnt eject properly cuz he limp wristed it.

im in pennsylvania btw. the nice thing about keeping the ruger is its a 9mm so ammo is cheaper.
