GUN Gun noobie needs advice on gun cleaning

    herro. It seems the rifling in my barrel has some discoloration. looks kinda like a rust like color.

    I've cleaned it after every session (two :o) so i'm just wondering if this is normal or i need to scrub it with a copper cutter.

    Could be be copper fouling... or it could just be rust. After you're through cleaning it you should run a patch through dampened with a light gun oil (I use RemOil), then run a dry patch through to get rid of the excess, but it will still leave a very fine film that should help prevent oxidation.
