If you were a real operator, you'd buy a HK.

Not a HUGE fan of Sig, but they are definitely high quality.

Can't justify the price tag they put on them though.

    P220's are pretty bitchin.

    Expensive to shoot, though.

first pistol I ever bought. Great gun, fun to shoot, ejects rounds like a crazy monkey, It'll scare people shooting near you. It's as big as a damm house, so I'd never carry it conceled.

I think the best deal in a .45 right now is going to come from Taurus. Either their PT-1911 or the OSS models. Sig is a great gun, just a bit over priced.

which model? Friend of mine has had a PT1911 and used it regularly with no problems. OSS got great reviews and praise.

Not sure to be honest. I never shot it. Might just be a fluke, but it was enough to make me want to steer clear of that brand.

Everybody has a model or two that sucked. Sig is no exception, they even had problems with the P220 for a while. He really should return that back to the factory. They are good on claims and fixing their products. I've had a .357 for years that has served me very well. :o

Cool. I'll let him know, thanks. The guy isn't the brightest crayon in the box, I really don't know why he didn't return it in the first place. But oh well, what can you do.
