i've always thought shoulder rigs looked pretty cool but how practical are they? it's always been the "hollywood" type set up for daily carry

:werd: someone once tried to argue with me that "with practice" you can draw without crossing yourself. sure, you probably could but why train yourself to do some goofy motion?

the only way to do it would be to tilt the gun downward....it would be REALLY fucking akward.

Basically. it's about the worst way to carry, next to forgetting your bullets at home.

It's very nice. I am thinking about buying another just to have it in case the price goes real high or something.

Tried it on last night with my PX4 in the holster, felt really comfy actually. It works for both Right and left handers as well

or, you could raise the arm over the gun up like you're flapping wings THEN draw, but you'd basically look like an idiot

Wow thats ugly :big grin: Glad its comfortable though.

I find mine pretty comfortable and really hard to beat in the car or when seated. I'm a big guy and I think my p99 hides relatively decently under a regular broadcloth overshirt but I don't think smaller guys are going to have much luck without a jacket or a jframe.
