I am selling some brass on gunbroker and I get this email today

I am from Switzerland and have a AR57 but 5.7x28 is really hard to get here.
I know you have wrote no international shipment. But maybe you give me a
chance. I can pay you an extra fee.
Shipping empty brass to Switzerland is no problem.

I'd call the state department to be sure.

One guy told me that as long as it's not serialized, it's not a problem sending gun parts to gun friendly countries such as Switzerland.

On the other hand, the recent freak out about military spent brass having to be destroyed was revised so that only brass that was being sold overseas had to be crushed.

No. ITAR regulates alot more than serialized stuff. I can't even sell a buttstock to an international customer.
