    Just using this to track my progress and see how i do. im not gonna worry too much with diet and all that. im like 11% so not too bad. Could lose some but not too worried about it. hoping to attend about 25 workouts out of 29 total.
    (missing 3 for wrestling camp and accounting 1 for lazyiness)

    Stats:

    Height: 6'1''
    Weight: 184
    Bench 1RM: 190 lbs
    Squat 1RM: 255 lbs
    DL 1RM: 275

    Apperently this first week is a start up week where we do light lifts of just about revery thing.

    Warmup/shoulder rotations

    Skips (forward, backward, Lateral, pivot, Side)

    Med ball abs (Regular/over head/twist)

    We didnt lift to day but we did a lineman league where we work on our technique and then play a little but of speedball.

    2nd workout this week. starting to feel sore. not exactly a morning person when it comes to early workouts. but i guess im tired from watch VITCOR WOOTEN!!! he was like 10 ft away from me it was awesome. any way.

    Crap this sucks. My family is leaving on vacation and im going with them :madfawk: that means with this and wrestling camp i wont be lifting for like almost 2 weeks :rl:

    well checking in. got back from vacation here for one day (today) and then im back out tomorrow at 5:30am :eek: way too early. atleast i might get biscuits and gravy.

    all right i missed yesterdays workouyt but did lifting on sunday at the Y. i need some motivation to get back into it uff da
