My buddy and I played through the game in entirety on Friday night. I must say that this song list is only slightly better than World Tour and infinitely worse than RB2.

I do however like the presentation and graphics. They are beautiful.

Being able to jump in at any time and start playing is awesome.

The fact that you can integrate World Tour's song list is nice as well, and having Shirley Manson as your singer full time is almost worth it for me.

    Graphics - 9/10
    Presentation - 8/10
Songlist - 5/10 (The good songs are great, but the bad songs are hoooooorible)

    Overall - 6/10

    it's a nice jump from GH3 (me)

graphics/presention looks much better now, and i enjoy a few more songs than usual (like 3-5 this time)

    was worth a blank disc

those are the only ones that really jump out that i'd play, and i doesn't matter since most of them will probably be downloadable fro RB2 within a couple months. there are some other good songs but most look like filler

Only reason I am even slightly interested in this is because you can have multiple of the same instrument.

I'm leery of picking this up after the absolutely shitty song selection of GHWT. :hs:

Me too; my bro-in-law plays Rock Band 2 so much that I'm slowly becoming less interested in rythym-based games.

Example, I have the GHWT full band set here at home, I own GHWT and RB2, but am very rarely in the mood to play it... :hs:

Just do what I did, stop throwing your money at guitar games (GH3 was the last I bought), and put all your energy into learning real guitar. You'll find that it's much more satisfying, plus you'll probably get more pussy that way.

Been playing guitar since elementary school. I just want some fun rhythm type games to play with friends.

I agree that they should just remake GH1 and 2 with updated graphics and shit, or at least let you import those songs onto the newer GH games.
