    I know everyone has their weakness. What's yours?


    Mine is:

    SODA. Hubby keeps shitloads of it in the house and i cannot resist its carbonated goodness. I know it's shitty for me too :o I often cut it from my diet and a few weeks later it comes creeping back in... :wtc:

    at the moment it's korean wafers...strawberry and coffee....i could eat a whole package of those things.

    are you serious? that is wayyyyyyyy too bad for you then. lucky for me i still <3 diet soda so i'll have one every now and then. don't have any at home though

    lol chinese food = high gi carbs and protein? yeah and some other shit that's not good for you (saturated fat; hydrogenated oils in cooking)

    but sure...as one of your cheat meals for the week? that's fine

    soda. thankfully not.
    just saw a show last night. some dood in a hosp for too much sugar/fat intake. he was drinking 3 to 4 2-liter bottles of soda a day!!

    mine is food. all food. today was chinese buffet. :o

    In addition to eating wheaties I have to keep a box of frosted chex around for a pre workout snack. I also am in the mood for pizza about once a week, but that's fine since it keeps me from losing weight too rapidly. I try to supplement my routine if I cheat. Like last night I had pizza but then went on a mile run. It was the fastest mile I've ever ran at 7mins.
