Cliffs: My back hurts
guide to lower back pain - do good mornings, deads, bent over rows, yates rows, with bad form.
that will get you well on your way to lower back pain.
Come see me.
stretch your legs
Especially Hips and Hamstrings
i got laughed at the other day on OT by people who think stretching is a waste of time
stretching before is, stretching after is golden.
oxycontin, xanax bars, percocets, and lortabs
there it is..
dynamic stretching, foam roller, strengthen your core, etc.
Foam rolling reeeeally helped me.
Strengthen your whole core when you heal up.
More than likely it's muscle spasm or hypertonicity on one side, pulling you out of alignment.
It's the body's defensive posture to trauma, be it repetetive stress on the joint or acute trauma.
See a chiropractor and get it fixed.
End of story.
Bend down and touch your toes, Ima show you where the wild goose goes.
Walk it off for a few months.
Do bird dogs. Do planks.
Then really work on your core.
Then do light back work.
Then do moderate back work.
Then do heavy ass back work and talk shit to your spine afterwards.
Thanks for the tips, feeling better now
I went from almost unable to walk in May or June of 2008 to pulling 425 this past weekend doing what I outlined above.
guide to lower back pain? starts at 7:03.
i have to crack my back every morning and night. it sounds nasty and scares some people. i have a knot in my lower back right of my spine that i cannot press out for the life of me. I think i may go see a chiropractor soon but those cost moneys. anyone have deep knots in the tissue that they cannot get out? It hurts most in the AM when i wake up to take a shit, when i sit down its just like as soon as the pain is activated.
