    today i squatted

    225x1
    245x1
    265x1 10lbs PR

    benched:
    205x1
    225x1
    255x1 10 lbs PR. spotted grabbed it but i had it no problem. done 245x2 before

    deadlift
    worked up to
    275x3
    345x1
    405x1 20 lbs PR.. 4 plates made me happy :wiggle: could probably get more too!

    grand total = 255+265+405 = 925

    i'm a sleeper!! skinnyfat fo lyfe :hsd:

    in april i could bench more than I squatted. i'm working on it. I never neglected legs they just didn't get stronger... but now they're getting stronger faster than my bench (i need my cg decline :wtc:)

    the key for me was volume, squatting 3x a week > legs once a week

    Yeah I'm pretty much in the same boat. Never working legs in your life before FTL.

    From your pics I'd have said you would have like a 600 total but you're a lot stronger than you look! :o

    even though i'm still relatively weak i still shock people every single time I lift. at least no one asks me for help moving heavy stuff :o

    still waitin for christophers to rip me apart :sadwavey:

    and even worse... lots of people don't even think i workout :hsd:

    Thats decent, so if im 5'9 @ 160 and my total is 800, would that be considered somewhat strong? :hs:

    I dont think ill feel strong till i hit like 1400 :(

    But for you i guess around 750-800
