Destroys those cars in the ring.
destroys? It's 0.3sec faster than the ZR-1 and was track prepped, the ZR-1 was not.
I am not a believer of measuring a car's performance by just a simple drag test. If it were, then all roads on this world would go straight forever.
As I said in the thread posted over in the american forum. Dig out of the hole gets you nowhere in the back straight.
Ask any racer out here and they'll tell you that it doesn't matter whether you win by an inch or a mile, winning is winning. Remember that...
i live my life a quarter mile at a time.....
Troll troll troll your boat....
Track prep a ZR-1 and it'd wipe the ACR clean off the face of the the earth, by those standards.
0.3sec isnt "winning". It's "Who had a better day." Who'd win head to head would depend entirely on the driver.
I'm not trying to sackride the GTR at all with this post....
But isn't it something like $40-50k less than the next most expensive car in this test?
...and for those ten seconds, I'm free.
20k cheaper then the ZR1.
They are just butthurt that a japanese car is hanging with them.
Hanging with them?
That GT-R looked a lil far back to be hanging.
It wasn't getting the fuck passed out of it, either. Nobody ever said the GT-R was intended to be an all-out racecar like that ridiculous Viper is.
for those 10 seconds or less, i am free
Not with dealer mark-up. Still the cheapest and most likely to puke its tranny.
Shit, you needed to test it to figure out how it would do among those cars in a drag race?
Being least powerful, heaviest and least expensive car of the group, it did well.
