    I was very intrigued by Thib's OVT routine so I decided to give it an honest try. I'm following the routing layed out in his t-nation article.

    7/12/05
    Chest/Back

    Superset 1
    Bench 215x5x5
    Dumbell Fly 40x5x5

    Superset 2
    Incline Bench 165x5x5
    Incline Fly 40x5x5

    Superset 3
    Pulldowns 180x5x5
    DB Rows 70x5x5

    Superset 4
    Barbell Rows 145x5x5
    Seated Cable Rows #15 (The cable rower isn't marked in pounds max is #20)

    Shoulders

    Mill. Press - 125x5x5
    Incline Lat Raise - 25x5x5

    DB Press - 65x5x5
    Cable Front Raise - 70x5x5

    Seated Row to Neck - 120x5x5
    Incline Rear Delt Raise - 20x5x5

    Had to miss leg day this week due to project at work, make sure to hit legs in the coming week.

    DB Flies - 40x5x5

    Incline Bench - 160x5x5
    Incline Flies - 40x5x5

    Lat Pulls - 190x5x5
    DB Rows - 75x5x5

    BB Rows - 155x5x5
    Seated Rows - #15x5x5 (Again no weight indication on the cables)

    Next week I'll have to up the bench to 225.

    2/1 Leg Extensions - 100x5x5
    Leg Curl - 75x5x5

    Sumo Deadlift - 265x5x5
    Romainian Deadlift - 135x5x5

    I'm still barely able to walk.
