The Fight Network reported the possibility today:

White announced that [Matt] Serra will join Matt Hughes as a competing coach on the next season of Spike TV’s “The Ultimate Fighter” reality series — which begins shooting this Spring for a Fall broadcast — and predicted that St. Pierre would likely face Josh Koscheck in the interim.

    ----

    Sweet!!!

I am guessing IF KOS wins, he gets his title shot.
If GSP wins he will prolly have to fight someone else before getting a title shot.

Well He could pull a Arlovski and jump on KOS in the 1st rd then stay away from him for the rest of the match lol

KOS didn't do shit against Diego so I can see him NOT pushing the action.

I know KOS is a better wrestler than GSP....What else?? Just wondering, btw.

My friend said GSP would win - hands down.

I'm still deciding on who to pick.

i can see kos winning this by doing what he does best- stalling... lots of it... everyone thinks kos stand up is great now....its way better than it was , yes, but he just throws looping haymakers, a nice straight right down the middle should solve that....
i would sure as hell want GSP to win this fight if it happens, i really hate kos.
If the ufc used the pride yellow card rule, kos would get one almost all of his fights.

I'm not a GSP fan but a lucky punch can catch anyone so losing to serra doesn't instantly make him a bitch, so why are so many so quick to jump off his bandwagon and say KOS will take it,,,,,,

KOS vs GSP sounds like a great fight though, I'm sure it'll be more entertaining than watching Hughes drop Serra on his head a few times and laughing as he gets his belt back,,,,,,damn you serra, i wanted to see GSP v Hughes again

if KOS tries to stand with GSP it'll be ugly for KOS, if it goes to the ground GSP will sub KOS anyway, but wow it'll be fun to watch KOS have his dreams crushed

he's rarely on his back but I remember I think it was his fight with either Karo or Mayhem where he was on his back and they tried to apply the kimura on him but he just muscled out of it and flipped right over. It was nuts!

Hmm...well, GSP will make sure the fight isn't a snoozer. It is quite the interesting match, with Kos being so good at wrestling and GSP having such great TD defense. Both are supreme athletes, and probably both comparable in strength and speed.

I see GSP getting a 2nd rd TKO though. Kos won't be able to hold GSP down like everyone else, and it could get messy.

GSP took down Sherk who is also a great wrestler and ground and pounded him to a win. i see him doing the same to Kos.

GSP did good with the takedowns against Hughes so I think he'll be able to do it again. Stand up GSP wins that easily. GSP will prolly get a 2nd TKO.
