To some one in Texas he did not take the plates off of the car and he was to turn them in to the DMV.. now I have a letter in the mail saying he will be fined if he does not provideThe bill of sale or trade in document or junked salavage receipt.

Problem is I do not have the plates.. i do not know where any papers are with this car if he has any. I do not know who he sold it to.. some teen in texas.

    sooo.. What do i do?:eek3:

I called the guy and he said it was sold to his friend and he should beable to mail me the plates so i can turn them in.. if not the DMV told me to try and get the name of the guy and write a letter.. we will see if this works out.

I can't seem to get you via email. Get him to send a copy of the title as well.
